The Melbourne Cricket Ground, also known locally as "The G", is an Australian sports stadium located in Yarra Park, Melbourne, Victoria. Founded and managed by the Melbourne Cricket Club, it is the largest stadium in the Southern Hemisphere, the 11th largest globally, and the second-largest cricket ground by capacity.

Affectionally known as the home of Australian Rules Football, other sporting spectacles to have been held there include World Cup soccer qualifiers, rugby league home and away matches and the State of Origin, international rugby union, and more.

The stadium houses the Australian Sports Museum and there are also MCG Tours available where you are shown around the insides and back of house areas that are normally inaccessible.
